Brouilly is the Cru where Château de la Chaize is located. Because it is located as the southern most point of the Beaujolais region, its soil is composed of a high amount of pink Granit, which impart a mineral aspect to the Gamay grapes. Delectable, fruity nose underscored with aromas of red and black fruits. This is a perfect wine to enjoy with a slight chill. Generous and aromatic on the palate, with silky tannins.
