Still the Best at What It Started.

In 1984, Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon changed American whiskey forever. Before Blanton's, bourbon was blended from multiple barrels to achieve consistency. Blanton's proved that the finest bourbon deserved to be bottled one barrel at a time, that each barrel tells its own unique story, and that the variation between barrels is a feature, not a flaw. That revolutionary idea launched an entire category of American whiskey, and Blanton's Original remains the benchmark against which every single barrel bourbon is measured.

Produced at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky and aged in Warehouse H, a metal-clad rickhouse known for its extreme temperature fluctuations that accelerate the interaction between spirit and oak, Blanton's Original is a bourbon of extraordinary richness and complexity. Each bottle is hand-labeled with the barrel number, rick number, warehouse, and bottling date. The iconic stopper, a horse and jockey in one of eight positions, makes it one of the most collectible bottles in bourbon. This is allocated.
