The wine comes from DAOU Mountain in the Adelaida District, the high elevation estate on the west side of Paso Robles where calcareous soils and cool influences help create Cabernet with real structure and intensity. Everything about Soul of a Lion is built for the top of the lineup, from vineyard selection to the extended aging in new French oak. This is the bottle the Daou brothers point to when they talk about what Paso Robles can achieve, and the 375ml format makes it easier than ever to experience it.

What's Included

Single Bottle: 1 x 375ml bottle

Case: 12 x 375ml bottles

Product Details

Type: Red Wine

Producer: DAOU Family Estates

Region: Paso Robles, California

Vintage: 2021

Grape/Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon

ABV: 15.2%

Size: 375ml

Pack: Single bottle or case of 12

Oak: Aged about 22 months in 100% new French oak

SKU: 9745872

Why Buy From The Booze Outlet

🔒 Secure checkout: SSL encrypted, 100% safe

📦 Ships in 1 to 2 business days: Fast, discreet packaging

🪪 Age-verified delivery: Must be 21+ to purchase and receive

🏆 Premium spirits specialists: Curated selection, expert sourcing

💬 Real customer support: Questions?
