Pinot Noir from 1er Cru Vertus. Saignée method so the grapes are slightly pressed and the juice get its coloration from the skin contact. Aged 3 year onlees. Extra Brut dosage (5gr/L) Brilliant deep almost cherry color, lipstick red. Perfect accompaniment for your aperitif, also will perfectly pair a shrimp salad with paprika, gambas, goat cheese, cheesecake, strawberry cake. Nose of sour cherry and wild strawberry, hint of new oak. Creamy vinous texture, even tannic. Chambolle like flavors, persistent fine bubbles. Very long.
