Over sixty years ago, laid the foundations of what is now the excellent winery Michele Castellani with difficulty and enthusiasm means continuing to renew daily the passion in their work and constant product and process innovation. Our vineyards extend over approximately 17 hectares of land between ownership and direct management, located in the hilly Valpolicella Classica area. We use a simple pergola training system, except for a few vineyards that are cultivated with the Guyot system. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara are the main varieties we cultivate. We are proud to produce all the classic wines of the Valpolicella, and to dedicate ourselves above all to the Amarone and Ripasso wines. View More
