Trincheri Vermouth is based on the original 1890's Trinchero family recipe from Piedmont, Italy. Today, grapes sourced from Trinchero owned vineyards, Barbera in Amador County and Chardonnay in Napa Valley, make up the expressions in Rosso while Dry is sourced from Bullfrog Vineyard French Colombard in Central Valley, also owned by Trinchero Family Estates. Trincheri Rosso and Dry Vermouth are both infused with Roman Artemisia and Cinchona Bark bitter herbs along with other fruits, botanicals,\n \n \n and spices that have been cold macerated for over a month.
