DESCRIPTION
This wine is produced from organically farmed Chardonnay grapes from the Casablanca valley. Part of the wine is barrel fermented with wild yeasts in neutral oak and 30% undergoes malolactic fermentation enhancing the softness and creaminess on the palate without losing the freshness. On the nose fresh and expressive aromas of pear, quince, and lemon curd, interwoven with toasty oak notes. Vibrant purity of the fruit with beautiful texture and good depth lead to a long memorable finish. Ideal with seafood and chicken salad. Serve well chilled.
