DESCRIPTION

Classic Oregon tart cherry and red fruit. Subtle dried floral aromas. Rich cocoa, black cherry and raspberry. Added weight and richness on the palate. For this inaugural dough release, we hand-picked vineyards from several winegrowing regions to create a true expression of Oregon Pinot Noir. We used gentle winemaking techniques in the cellar to capture the delicate aromatic profile of this gorgeous fruit.
