Placed the order on August 14th. On August 18th, the label was created. After a few days of no updates I started emailing them. I kept hearing the same thing. “UPS has the package, you’ll start seeing updates within a few hours.” However, UPS did not have my package until August 27th!! Almost 2 weeks after I placed the order! On August 4th I received the package with one bottle out of 12 broken. For the amount of money they charge for shipping and insurance, they should be more serious! I did however, get a 4$ refund. But that doesn’t change the fact that this was supposed to be a birthday gift and it didn’t make it here on time. Horrible horrible experience!
