Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our checkout is SSL encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never store your full card details.
Can I return or exchange a bottle?
Because we sell alcohol, returns and exchanges are limited by law and handled case by case. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or never shows up, contact us right away at hello@theboozeoutlet.com and we'll make it right.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you can't find it, email or call us and we'll send your status.
