Monte Xanic was founded in 1987 by five partners with a simple goal: make high-quality wine in the Valle de Guadalupe. Decades and hundreds of international awards later, it is one of the most respected names in Mexican wine. The 2025 Chenin Blanc is a bright, dry, aromatic white that shows the fresh, food-friendly side of the region.
Chenin Blanc is one of the most versatile white grapes in the world, and this bottle makes the case. It is lively enough to sip on its own, structured enough to stand up to a full dinner, and distinctive enough to be the most interesting white on the table.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Aromatic and fruit-forward, with notes of pineapple, passion fruit, peach, and apricot
