Montirius Gigondas “La Tour” 2021 750ml
An elegant and expressive biodynamic red from the heart of Gigondas, crafted from 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvèdre. The fruit comes from 35-year-old vines rooted in sandy clay soils, with natural fermentation and aging in concrete vats to preserve purity and terroir.
The wine opens with aromas of ripe red berries, violets, and subtle spice. On the palate, it’s vibrant and layered, offering silky tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. Balanced and refined, it’s a great companion to roasted meats, rustic stews, and earthy Mediterranean dishes.
