Derived from the urban myth legend that scorpions found their afterlife in Tequila, our name Tels\xf3n, meaning \u201cthe tail\u201d pays homage to the scorpion\u2019s stinger. It has been said that the stingers venom has healing powers and aphrodisiac properties which is present every time we enjoy a Tels\xf3n Tequila.

The cooked agave is then crushed, fermented and twice-distilled in small batches. It is not aged and imparts an aroma and taste of balanced sweetness, together with a light distinctive flavor of agave.
