Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Märzen is Bamberg's most celebrated specialty: a dark bottom-fermented smoke beer brewed with Schlenkerla's proprietary Smokemalt from their own maltings, tapped according to old tradition directly from gravity-fed oakwood casks at the historical brewery tavern. The smoke character is real, deep, and distinctive — one of the most singular beer experiences in the world.
