Alexander Valley is one of the great Cabernet addresses in Sonoma: warm days, cool river fog, and gravelly benchland soils that give plush fruit with backbone. This organic bottling takes that classic profile and removes the conventional farming from the equation.
It drinks like a proper Sonoma Cab, not like a compromise. Certified organic grapes mean a lower sulfite ceiling than conventional wine, and the winemaking stays hands off enough to let the site speak.
