Askalon Traditional Brandy is an Israeli VS brandy made from Trebbiano grapes, following the same classic brandy-making tradition that has been practiced in the Levant for generations. VS designation means it has been aged a minimum of two years in oak, giving it a gentle wood influence over the soft, fruity grape character of the Trebbiano base.
