DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
All the Chardonnay, Lighter on Its Feet.
Bota Box Breeze Chardonnay is a lower-alcohol take on California's favorite white. At 8.5% ABV, it is crisp and clean with aromas of fresh citrus, then rolls into tropical fruit, green apple, and honeysuckle before a subtle toasted oak finish. It tastes like Chardonnay should, just lighter, so it fits long afternoons, warm evenings, and anyone keeping an eye on their pace.
Each 3L box holds the equivalent of four 750ml bottles. Buy a single box for the fridge, or order a case of 3 boxes for parties, events, or simply never running out.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Fresh citrus with hints of green apple and honeysuckle
- Palate: Crisp and clean, with tropical fruit and green apple in a light, easy body
- Finish: Refreshing with a subtle touch of toasted oak
How to Enjoy
- Well Chilled: Serve straight from the fridge in a white wine glass. Breeze is at its crispest around 45 to 50°F.
- Patio Spritz: 4 oz Breeze Chardonnay over ice, topped with 2 oz soda water and a lemon wheel for an even lighter sipper.
- With Food: Pair with grilled chicken, shrimp tacos, salads, or a creamy pasta.
- Party Pour: Set the box on the counter with a bucket of ice and let guests serve themselves straight from the tap.
What Makes It Special
Bota Box is known for putting quality California wine in a smarter package. The bag-in-box keeps air out, so the wine stays fresh for up to 30 days after opening, and the box itself is recyclable. The Breeze line takes that idea further with lighter, lower-alcohol wines that still deliver real varietal flavor. This Chardonnay keeps the citrus, orchard fruit, and gentle oak you expect while dialing the alcohol down to 8.5%, making it an easy everyday pour.
