Delivery, signature and breakage: the short version
- Someone 21 or older must sign for it. The carrier will not leave alcohol at the door, and a missed delivery can be sent back to us.
- No P.O. boxes. Give us a street address where an adult is around during the day.
- Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours from our Southern California warehouse. Expedited orders placed before 4pm PST go out the next business day.
- All sales are final. Breakage and loss in transit are only covered if you add shipping protection at checkout. It’s worth the couple of dollars on glass.
