Black Art is Bruichladdich's most enigmatic release. Each edition is composed by the distillery's head distiller from a personal, undisclosed selection of casks, with the recipe deliberately kept secret, no cask breakdown, no reveal. This is Edition 11.1, a 24 year old unpeated Islay single malt that rewards the whisky lover who enjoys tasting blind.
The result of nearly a quarter century of maturation is a rich, layered, and elegant whisky. Bottled at 44.2% ABV in a 700ml presentation, it is a genuine collector's piece and a standout pour for a special occasion.
