DESCRIPTION
Buffalo Trace White Dog Mash #1 375ml
White Dog is unaged whiskey, the clear spirit that runs straight off the still before it ever enters a barrel. Buffalo Trace bottles theirs from Mash #1, the low-rye bourbon recipe that goes on to become Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, and George T. Stagg. Distilled in Frankfort, Kentucky and bottled at a robust 125 proof, this is a rare chance to taste the raw new-make spirit at the very start of its journey.
It is a favorite of bourbon enthusiasts and home mixologists who want to understand what a distillery's spirit tastes like before the barrel takes over, and it makes a bold, high-proof base for cocktails.

Bought 2 bottles for aging. Bottles came well packed as usual. Very small in size but quality is there to make up for it. For sure the proof it claims. A little goes a long way. Shipping took a bit longer than normal on this order I assume that B C sells a ton of this stuff so get it while it's in stock. Good to have in your collection.
Nice, unexpected corn flavor and smooth for a high alcohol content- good choice
