Carolans was founded in County Tipperary, Ireland in 1978 and named for the legendary 17th century Irish harper Turlough O'Carolan. It is made from three key ingredients: the finest Irish whiskey, farm-fresh cream, and naturally harvested honey, delivering a rich, velvety liqueur with notes of vanilla and toffee that is one of the most beloved Irish creams in the world.
Smooth and indulgent, it works equally well over ice, in coffee, as a dessert shot, or layered into cocktails.
