Born in County Tipperary, Ireland in 1978 and named for the legendary 17th century harpist Turlough O'Carolan, Carolans has grown into one of the largest Irish cream brands in the world. It starts with the finest Irish whiskey, farm-fresh cream, and naturally harvested honey, then in this Salted Caramel expression layers in a swirl of sweet caramel and a measured hint of salt.
The result is a creamy, indulgent liqueur that is more complex than standard Irish cream, where the salt rounds the sweetness and adds a savory edge that makes it genuinely hard to put down. A natural for chilled shots, over ice, in coffee, or drizzled over desserts.
