Chambord is a black raspberry liqueur made in France's Loire Valley. Its flavor comes from an infusion of raspberries and blackberries, blended with French cognac. It is then rounded out with black currant, Madagascar vanilla, Moroccan citrus peel, honey, and aromatic herbs. The round black and gold bottle is one of the most recognizable on any back bar.
It is complex and textural, with honey and fresh berry notes and a smooth, creamy vanilla finish. A must-have for Kir Royales, French Martinis, and anyone who likes to add a touch of luxury to a drink.
