This vermouth makes the best Manhattan cocktail you'll ever have. On it's own it's slightly bitter, but paired with a good bourbon (I pair Basil Hayden with Chazalette's) its astonishing. I can't find it at any of the major retailers - thank goodness for The Booze Outlet!!
