Chimay Grande Reserve (Blue) is the strongest and most complex of the Chimay Trappist ales, brewed at the Scourmont Abbey in Belgium by the Trappist monks who have made beer there since 1862. Caramelized and slightly roasty on the nose with a yeasty freshness, light but agreeable caramelized notes, and an aromatic complexity that develops beautifully with cellaring.

- Nose: Fresh yeast, caramelized malt, and a rosy floral touch.
- Palate: Rich and full with a pleasant caramelized character.
- Finish: Long and warming.
