The 2022 DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, generous red built around ripe dark fruit and fine-grained tannins. Grown in Paso Robles on the Central Coast of California, it spends 10 months in French oak, half of it new, which rounds out the texture and adds a polished frame without overshadowing the fruit. It is robust and confident, yet smooth enough to enjoy on its own.

Whether you want one bottle for tonight or a stash for the months ahead, this 2022 is available by the single bottle or by the case of 12. It is a go-to red for hosts, steak lovers, and anyone who likes having a dependable Cabernet within reach.
