A silky, elegant Paso Robles Chardonnay from DAOU Family Estates. Aged 5 months in French oak for a clean, balanced finish that pairs beautifully with seafood and cheese.

DAOU Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay from Paso Robles, crafted for elegance rather than heaviness. The palate is silky and smooth, with a refined texture that glides across the tongue, and it closes with a clean, balanced finish. A short 5 months in French oak, 30% of it new, adds a gentle touch of richness while keeping the fruit fresh and front and center.

It's the Chardonnay for people who want polish without an oak bomb. Available by the single bottle or by the case of 12, so it's easy to keep a few chilled for dinners and gatherings.

DAOU is the winery founded by brothers Georges and Daniel Daou on DAOU Mountain, in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. The brothers built their reputation on precision winemaking, and that care shows in this Chardonnay. Rather than leaning on heavy oak, the winemaking uses just 5 months in barrel with 30% new French oak, letting the silky texture and balance take the lead. The result is a refined, food friendly white that feels elegant every time you pour it.
