DESCRIPTION

A juicy, full Sauvignon Blanc from DAOU in Paso Robles with a crisp, tart, refreshing finish. Your new go-to white for warm afternoons and lighter meals.

Juicy, Crisp, and Made for Sunshine.

DAOU Sauvignon Blanc brings the energy of Paso Robles into a bright, easy drinking white. It opens juicy and full on the palate, with more body than many Sauvignon Blancs, then snaps into a crisp, tart, refreshing finish that keeps you reaching for another glass. At 13% ABV it's light enough for afternoon sipping and lively enough to stand up to food.

It's a crowd pleaser for patio hangs, picnics, and weeknight dinners alike. Available by the single bottle or by the case of 12, perfect for keeping the fridge stocked through summer and the holidays.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Bright and fresh with juicy fruit aromas and a clean, zesty lift
  • Palate: Juicy and full, round fruit balanced by mouthwatering acidity
  • Finish: Crisp, tart, and refreshing, clean enough to reset the palate

How to Enjoy

  • Serve: Chill to 45 to 50°F. Straight from the fridge is perfect.
  • Goat Cheese: A classic match. Try it with a goat cheese crostini or a warm goat cheese salad.
  • Roasted Chicken: Herb roasted chicken with lemon is an easy, satisfying weeknight pairing.
  • Fresh Greens: Big salads with vinaigrette, grilled vegetables, and light seafood all shine alongside it.

What Makes It Special

DAOU Family Estates was founded by brothers Georges and Daniel Daou, whose family-founded winery sits atop DAOU Mountain in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. While the estate is best known for bold reds, DAOU brings the same attention to its whites. This Sauvignon Blanc shows the warm side of Paso Robles in its juicy, generous fruit, then delivers the crisp freshness that makes Sauvignon Blanc so refreshing. It's a white with real personality that still stays easy and approachable.
