Delord is a family-owned Bas-Armagnac house in Lannepax, deep in Gascony. Prosper Delord began as an itinerant distiller in 1875, carting his traveling pot still between farms. His son Gaston founded the permanent estate in 1925, and today great-grandsons Jerome and Sylvain distill, age, and blend exactly as their great-grandfather did. Their cellars hold Armagnacs more than a century old, and their 30-hectare vineyard lies in the heart of the Bas-Armagnac, widely regarded as the finest cru of the region.

This bottling spends a full twenty-five years in Gascon oak, drawn from the four classic Armagnac grapes. Age brings depth: layers of caramel, dried fruit, and baking spice, along with the prized nutty rancio that only long-aged Armagnac develops. It earned 97 points and a Classic rating from Wine Enthusiast and took the Chairman's Trophy at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge. A serious sipping brandy that drinks well beyond its price.
