Don Fulano Anejo comes from a family that has grown agave in the Jalisco highlands for five generations. Everything is done the slow way: hand selected mature agave, natural fermentation with proprietary yeast, distillation in copper, and spring volcanic water. Bottled at 80 proof. This anejo is aged in French oak casks, which gives it structure without burying the agave.
