Don Q 151 is the high-proof Puerto Rican rum that has been a secret weapon of bartenders and rum enthusiasts for decades. Made from Puerto Rican sugarcane molasses and distilled at the historic Destileria Serralles, it delivers intense flavor and serious heat at one of the highest proofs commercially available.
This is a cocktail tool as much as a rum. Float it on top of a tiki drink for drama, blend it into a Zombie or Scorpion Bowl, or add a high-proof kick to a punch bowl. At 75.5% ABV it commands respect, and it should always be diluted rather than sipped neat.
