Dos Maderas 5+3 Rum

Dos Maderas rums are a combination of rums distilled in Guyana and Barbados, aged in New American Oak barrels in their respective countries. After \ufb01ve years, the rums journey across the Atlantic Ocean to Jerez where they are blended to create the base for Dos Maderas rums. The combination of the light bouquet and sweetness of the Barbadian rum, combined with the robust body of the Guyanese rum, creates the perfect base for Dos Maderas. 8 Years Old. Aging 5 years in the Caribbean and 3 years in Williams & Humbert in sherry oak casks in which have previously aged a 20 years old Palo Cortado sherry. Rich with aromas of pecan, vanilla, and smoky oak. Balanced with notes of ripe fruit and tropical spice over a smoky oak and tobacco finish, laced with hints of sherry. Deep amber.
