Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is made at the Shed Distillery in Leitrim, in the midlands of Ireland, using a combination of pot still and vapour infusion across eight botanicals and four vapour-infused additions. The signature ingredient is Gunpowder Tea — the hand-rolled, slow-dried Chinese tea that inspired the name — layered alongside meadowsweet, coriander, and fresh citrus for a gin that is delightfully rounded up front with bright citrus, juniper, and a distinctive spice finish.
