Flor de Cana has been produced at the San Antonio Sugar Mill in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua since 1890, making it one of the oldest rum traditions in Central America. It holds the distinction of being the most-awarded rum in the world and is the only major rum brand on the market certified as 100% naturally aged, meaning the age on the bottle is the actual age of the rum, with no neutral spirit blended in.
The Centenario 12 is the sweet spot of the range: full-bodied and complex, aged in small white oak bourbon barrels sealed with plantain leaves. The volcanic climate, fertile soil, and enriched volcanic water of Nicaragua all leave their mark on every glass.
