Fords Gin Officers\u2019 Reserve pays homage to the British Navy and its customs, following more in suit with the practice of creating an aged and over-proofed gin rather than solely high-proof. Given it\u2019s status as the cocktail gin, Fords Gin set out to expand their offering by enhancing the nine botanicals in Amontillado Sherry casks to produce a cocktail-forward navy strength gin meant to excite bartenders and provide at-home gin enthusiasts a new spirit to experience.

Tasting Notes
Light sweetness on tip of the tongue. Gentle introduction of the botanicals to follow. Notes of orris and angelica root. Prominent mid-palate presence, with juniper oils on the center tongue and full aroma on top palate. Citrus oils excite the side palate beautifully. Excellent mid-palate structure to serve as base for mixing. Medium body with rather fresh mouth feel.
