Fundador, meaning founder in Spanish, was established in Jerez de la Frontera in 1874 and is widely recognized as the oldest and most awarded Spanish brandy in history. Produced by the Solera system — the same aging method used for Sherry — it blends older and younger brandies to achieve consistency and complexity. The Light expression is approachable at 28% ABV, smooth and versatile for mixing or sipping.
