Maison Giffard grows Rouges du Roussillon apricots in orchards near their facility in the Loire Valley of France. The apricot kernel is removed and only the aromatic pink flesh and skin is macerated in neutral spirit to extract the distinct flavor. Apricot juice is added to finish, creating a liqueur of mouth-watering, juicy, jammy apricot with natural brightness and tartness. A versatile cocktail ingredient and beautiful digestivo.
