Maison Giffard has crafted premium liqueurs in Angers, France since 1885. Creme de Mure is inspired by the wild blackberry brambles found throughout the French countryside, made from carefully harvested berries pressed for their aromatic juice. The result is a deep, full berry flavor with natural intensity and balance.
Smooth and fruit-forward, it captures the essence of ripe blackberries. At 16% ABV it is soft and easy to work with, ideal for the Bramble cocktail, sparkling wine serves, and elegant dessert applications.
