This is a bold, juniper forward dry gin with a touch of sweetness, built to be mixed as much as sipped. The classic serve is gin pomelo, cut with pomelo or calamansi juice, but it stands up to soda, tonic, and citrus just as easily. Affordable, characterful, and deeply tied to Filipino heritage.
