High West builds this Manhattan with its own rye whiskey and vermouth, then rests the finished cocktail in barrels so the ingredients marry the way they do in a good bar's batch program. At 74 proof it is a full strength cocktail, not a watered down convenience product.
Chill it, pour it over a large cube or straight into a coupe, add a cherry and you are done. For dinner parties and hotel rooms it is hard to beat.
