The Apricot Flavored Brandy uses several varieties of tree ripened apricots, extracted for their natural essence and blended into a proper brandy base rather than a neutral spirit with flavoring added after the fact.
It is a genuinely versatile bottle: sweet enough to enjoy on its own after dinner, structured enough to anchor a classic like a Brandy Alexander or Apricot Sour, and a natural match for bold cheeses and nutty desserts where its stone fruit character has something to play against.
