Kiuchi Brewery in Naka, Ibaraki Prefecture has been producing sake since 1823 and launched Hitachino Nest Beer in 1996, quickly becoming one of Japan's most internationally celebrated craft breweries. The Yuzu Lager adds real yuzu citrus to a clean lager base, delivering a bright, aromatic, uniquely Japanese flavored beer experience unlike anything from a Western craft brewery.
The yuzu comes through on the nose and lingers on the finish, making this an ideal pairing for Japanese food or a refreshing standalone drink on a warm evening.
