The Party Can Does the Work
A five liter Hofbrau party can holds about fourteen standard pours and has its own tap built into the side. Set it on the table, open the vent, and it serves itself. No keg shell, no CO2 tank, no deposit to chase down afterward.
Inside is the same Hofbrau Oktoberfestbier poured in the Hofbrau Festzelt on the Wiesn, the largest tent at the festival. At 6.3 percent it is stronger than most festival lagers but brewed pale and clean, so it stays easy across a long afternoon.

How to Enjoy

The Story
Duke Wilhelm V founded Hofbrau in 1589 because the beer available in Munich was not good enough for his court. It remained royal property for centuries and is still owned by the state of Bavaria. Hofbrau is one of only six breweries legally permitted to pour at Oktoberfest, and brews to the Reinheitsgebot purity law of 1516.
