The Limoncello was a gift for my brother and sister-in-law in North Carolina. The forms on The Booze Outlet are extremely confusing. I entered where the Limoncello should be shipped to and added the credit card. Fearing that the credit card would not be approved without my address, I sent an email to The Booze Outlet with my concerns and my phone number and my address for the credit card. Instead of calling me, they changed the shipping address to my home address in Florida. They did not read any of the emails that I sent. They continued to call me by the name of Bruce (the person who should have received the gift). I found another store in South Carolina, and ordered from that store with no issues. Poor customer service, and I will not order from The Booze Outlet again.
