DESCRIPTION

Vodka distilled from hand picked Greek olives. Buttery, peppery and made for the perfect martini.

Kastra Elion: The Greek Olive Vodka Built for Sipping

Kastra Elion is crafted in Greece from hand picked Greek olives and select grains, blended with natural spring water. The olives give it a rounded, full bodied texture with subtle ripe olive notes and peppery undertones.

The finish is soft and buttery, with no added sugar, sodium or other additives. It is smooth enough to sip neat and naturally savory, which makes it a standout base for martinis. This edition comes in a gift box.

Kastra Elion is a family owned Greek brand named for the ancient castle that overlooks the hills and olive groves of Nafpaktos. It bills itself as the original premium sipping vodka distilled from Greek olives.

Its Mediterranean story and distinctive flavor make it a memorable gift for martini lovers, food lovers and anyone with a soft spot for Greece.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Green olive, fresh herbs, soft florals and a hint of citrus
  • Palate: Full bodied and velvety with ripe olive, white pepper, vanilla and sea salt
  • Finish: Long, soft and buttery with gentle spice and a light briny note

How to Enjoy

  • Neat: Serve ice cold in a chilled glass to taste the ripe olive and buttery texture.
  • On the rocks: Pour over ice with a twist of lemon peel.
  • Dirty Martini: Stir 2.5 oz Kastra Elion, 0.5 oz dry vermouth and 0.25 oz olive brine with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with three olives.
  • Gift it: Gift boxed and full of Greek character, it is a perfect present for the martini lover in your life.
