Knob Creek Smoked Maple takes the full-flavored, pre-Prohibition spirit of the core range and adds smoked hickory and maple wood character, creating a flavored bourbon that earns its shelf space. The maple is genuine and forward, the smoke is real, and underneath it all is the vanilla, caramel, and charred oak depth that makes Knob Creek a serious whiskey.
At 45% ABV it is bold enough to stand up on its own, but smooth enough that the maple and smoke shine rather than burn.
