The Calvados Pomme Prisonniere is a clear apple eau-de-vie with a full, expressive nose of fresh apple and natural acidity, an intense attack of ripe fruit offset by the characteristic green apple acidity, and a long finish with a whisper of citrus. Crystal clear with great fluidity in the glass.
