Milagro Silver is a 100% blue agave tequila made from agave grown in the Jalisco Highlands of Mexico. The piñas are slow-roasted for 36 hours in traditional brick ovens to keep the agave flavor intact. After fermentation it is distilled twice, first in a pot still for flavor and then in a column still for smoothness. The brand takes its energy from Mexico City, pairing tradition with a modern style.
It drinks crisp and fresh, with vegetal agave, citrus, and a peppery finish. The 1 liter size makes it a smart buy for anyone who mixes margaritas often or stocks a home bar.
