Monte Xanic is one of the founding names of Mexican fine wine. Established in 1987, the winery helped prove that Baja California could produce wines worthy of international attention. The 2025 Rosé shows why. Made from Grenache in a clean, bright Provence style, it is expressive from the first sniff and refreshingly easy to drink.
