DESCRIPTION

Owneys Original Rum was the first rum produced by Founder Bridget Firtle in 2012. The Original is made using just three high quality ingredients all natural, sugar cane molasses from Florida and Louisiana; a proprietary yeast strain; and filtered NY water. With careful attention to detail during a long, cold fermentation and a low rectification distillation in small batches on a pot-column hybrid still, Owneys Original is the perfect display of natural flavor through high ester content development.
